We are looking for a female roommate, who is neat and clean and easy to get along with who pays rent on time and is reliable.
Roommates are 2 young professionals, very nice, quiet and easygoing.
The room is very bright with 2 windows and furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and a chair and Ikea cubes for extra storage. The room has a big and deep closet as well.
The apartment itself is huge, with big shared spaces furnished and a kitchen equipped with all the amenities needed.
Price is $850 + utilities (hot water and gas included in rent, paying electric and internet). Move in is by March 1st and for that, you gonna need 1 month rent and 1 month security.
