$960: huge room in Flatbush open long-term

Take over my huge room in a big, airy two-bedroom near the Church Ave. B/Q and Prospect Park! We are looking for someone who will stay for the remainder of the lease?ten months, through Feb. 2021, and would potentially be interested in staying longer (it's a rent-stabilized apartment.) The room is ~11 x 18, with an enormous closet. Well-renovated kitchen and bathroom, hardwood floors, big windows. $960 monthly rent; utilities are split (~$75 a month).

The person with whom you would be living is James, a late-twenties medical student. I'll put interested people in touch with him. The most important thing is for the new roommate to be financially secure and responsible, as well as respectful of shared space.

Note: I have a dog (moving out with me, of course)?the apartment is pet-friendly.
