I am looking for one more person to renew my lease with for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Flatbush, Brooklyn starting by August 1. You are welcomed to move in before then! To secure the space, we are looking for someone that can commit and have documents in by Tuesday.

The sun soaked apartment gets plenty of natural light with these big box windows! We have a washer and dryer in unit, central heat + air conditioning and we share a private roof top with the lovely people in the apartment below us. Your room has two box windows, a double door closet and a bathroom attached for $925 a month. The room is about 10 1/2 ft by 10 1/2 ft. Our shared space has three big windows, a brick wall and a bright kitchen with an eat-in island. We have a lot of room and beautiful high ceilings. The apartment takes up the third floor of a three story brick building. A three month old kitten, Willow, also calls this home.

I am looking to build a supportive space to raise plants and possibly a future dog in. I value open communication and strive to curate a space where everyone feels respected and supported at home.
