I am looking for 1 person to join me in my BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment starting Oct 15th. Early move in available! MUST be willing to sign a 1 year lease. 3rd floor walk up.

You will be living with 2 young working women. We do not smoke. No pets. We don?t bring the party home.

Living room is mostly furnished. You can bring stuff in if you want. Kitchen is fully furnished- but we have room if you want to bring your stuff.

*TAKEN* Room 1: Window faces the balcony but gets a lot of sunlight. Closet in the room. Comfortably fits a queen bed.

Room 2: This room has a front facing window out onto our peaceful tree lined street. This window receives amazing sunlight. There is no closet, but you get the coat closet in the apartment. Furniture pictured in room is available for purchase for cheap. Room can come unfurnished upon request.
