Large room in cute Flatbush apartment

Hello!

I am moving out of my large bedroom and trying to find a replacement so that my lovely roommate and her sweet kitten can stay. Due to the pandemic we have been on a month to month lease, and you might be able to do the same, or to sign a year lease. There is a short application through management.

Must have good credit and proof of income. Guarantors accepted! Females preferred.

About the apartment/room:

Flatbush, 7 minute walk to Beverly Rd 2/5 train. Rent is $766.67/month plus utilities (~$50 a month, depending on usage.) Heat and hot water included. The room is large, can be furnished or unfurnished. Can fit a full or queen bed with other furniture. Plenty of closet space/storage on top of closet. Lots of light. AC unit if you want it.

Laundry in basement. Apartment has a dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave. It is up one short flight of stairs, one of four units in a cute row home on a quiet block.

About the roommate:
A quiet, friendly, creative 21 year old with a cute kitten. Works from home, but also is gone from the apartment about half the week to stay with boyfriend.

Looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean, and considerate. Who will keep an open line of communication to make sure everyone's comfortable, especially if significant others are visiting.

This is a space for working adults. We are looking for someone respectful of shared spaces, neat, and friendly! Someone who respects the home as one where people get up and go to work regularly. No partiers, no couples please.
