We are a small family seeking someone to rent out the largest bedroom in our 3 bedroom / 2 living room 1 bathroom 1 kitchen apt. In Ditmas Park! Currently we are looking for short term or long term renters. I am a student at Brooklyn college finishing up school, so my partner will babysit our child most days while I work on studies in our back room.
The room comes partially furnished with a desk and huge armoire! If you need a spare closet we have plenty! We also have two living room areas so if you’re in the living room watching tv, we will always give you your space and have our child play in the other room! WiFi included!!! Location is 20min to Manhattan via Q train! Train is just a couple blocks away. The beautiful Prospect Park is just a few short blocks as well! Tons of cafes, shopping, restaurants nearby. Stop and shop for your groceries is excellent and super close! Text me if interested
