My name is Kennie and I am looking for someone to take over my lease in Flatbush, Brooklyn beginning March 1st, 2021.
The neighborhood is extremely accessible with delis, grocery stores, Target, and plenty of other shops near by! Just a 20 minute walk to Prospect Park!
I am moving out to be closer to family, friends, and work. Would love to find someone respectful and clean to occupy the room in a two bedroom apartment!
Although the living area is small, we figured out a way to make it very fun and liveable (these photos are from the old tenant). We included a full sized puff mirror, a rolling cart with stools, a cowhide rug, beanbag chairs, and plants! The current roommate is a 21 year old freelance creative and model. Constantly working on new and innovative projects. She also does YouTube vlogging and is a dancer!
Preferably looking for a young creative with similar vibes and around the same age to move in.
