We have a massive four bed, three bath with a room available in ditmas park. The apartment features a huge living room/kitchen, two shared large closets as well as an in unit/ washer drier and elevator to access the space. The room itself has its own bathroom/shower and closet and has a double bed (mattress, box spring and platform) provided if tenant would like it. The room is snug compared to the rest of the apartment but still big for New York, previous tenants have easily fit a dresser and desk or love seat in addition to bed. 9 minute walk to the Q train and a 15 min walk from the 2/3/4/5. The neighborhood is wonderful, very diverse with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and green spaces minutes away by foot. We are a 20 minute walk from prospect park. Current roommates are a mix of grad students and professionals. MUST BE QUEER FRIENDLY. Text me for a tour
