Jan/Feb Short Term Spacious Bedroom

Hello! I am looking to fill a room in a 3 bed 1.5 bath apartment in the Flatbush/Ditmas Park area for January 1st-February 28th 2022.

The room comes fully furnished with a full bed, desk, work table, reading chair, ample room for clothes and plenty of light.

The apartment itself is very cozy and filled with plenty plants. It is on the 3rd floor, with an elevator and laundry in the building. You will be rooming with two women in their late 20s. One works in the medical field, the other in fashion. The vibe is very laid back and respectful.

The apartment is a 10 min walk to the 2/5 and B/Q Newkirk stations. There are 4 grocery stores within a 2-10 min walk. Pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and bars are also within a 10 min walk.

First and second month $1000/$1000, are required for move in. Utilities run about $50 a month.
