Huge 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom sublet in Flatbush near Prospect Park! My partner and I are both filmmakers and we are looking to sublet our beautiful apartment while we are traveling outside NY. Rent is $2800/month.

* Available for 2 months: July 17 - Sept 15 (dates flexible). We can also likely extend the rental through November if needed.
* Comes furnished: queen sized bed, mattress, dresser, desk, couch, comfy chair with ottoman, bar counter with stools, television, kitchen essentials.

* Dishwasher in unit, laundry in building

* 5 minute walk to 2 and 5 train; 10 minute walk to Q train; 15 minute walk to Prospect Park.

* We are a couple and use the second room (which has French doors to open up the space) as an office—but it could easily be a big second bedroom for roommates!

* The apartment is extremely quiet and sits on multiple corners of the building. Tons of windows and light! The neighbors are friendly and the apartment is quiet, but also close to many bars/restaurants.
