Hi, we're looking for someone to take over the attic in our victorian house in Ditmas Park starting Feb 1st. It consists of a 13'x14' bedroom and a separate 19'x20' room you can use as a home office or private living space. This in addition to the shared, common spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen and backyard. It's a beautiful home, with a lot of space, only half a block from great restaurants, bars and supermarkets on Cortelyou. Washer and dryer are in the basement.
You'll be sharing the house with three late 30s/early 40s males, all creative professionals. We're super laid back but generally prefer things on the quiet side. So no party animals please.
