Otherwise. Welcome. Internet and electricity are included. So is paper towel and toilet paper. The pictures show the room prior to furnishing. Which will include 1 twin size bed with Head and Footboard and 1 dresser. There is a closet in the room sufficient for one person. This is a true two bedroom apartment. Prewar, with sturdy walls, which provides for comfortable living.
Overnight guest are allowed on a SELDOM basis.. I look forward to meeting with you.
