Hi , we are a couple family living in a two bedroom apartment /1 bathrooms and now we having one furnished room available g GFor subleting in the apartment .
This apartment is in the fourth floor without an elevator!!
You will find all type of transportation like the train #5/2 and Q
The distance from the apt to the city is 35 minutes away.
In the area you will find Targets et, laundromatr , restaurant, market etc .
It?s a furnished room with ????, drawers and refrigerator , Ac air conditioning!!
I?m looking for someone super clean , organize, discipline, quite , non smoker , non noisy and drama free .
The down deposit is 1200$ plus first month deposit and also all utilities will be included like gas , light , WiFi , free Netflix. .
.
In order to move in I need to check your paytub , w2 , bank statement and proper identification and work letter .
