Room available in Lovely Brooklyn Apt- Fort Greene

We're Rahul and Gokul and we have one lovely, spacious loft bedroom available in our recently renovated, fully furnished 3 bedroom Fort Greene Apartment with a large living room space and kitchen (we also have access to a common rooftop) . We have detailed information for you below and included pictures on the following pages if you scroll down. We are hoping to find someone with an open minded, international background who would be open to spending some time together, socializing, bringing friends around, etc, but also has their own life. Bonus points if you are from outside the country/ speak another language :)

We don't mind whether you are a male or female, but preferably someone in their mid to late 20s or early 30s. We don't mind if you are a student or working. No couples unfortunately.

Neighborhood: Fort Greene is an absolutely lovely neighborhood tucked into a very convenient part of Brooklyn. Dare I say a bit of a hidden gem in some ways yet very much connected to not only the rest of Brooklyn but to Manhattan as well. The neighborhood is full of beautiful, traditional brownstone buildings and many charming bars, cafes, and restaurants. We have a laundromat literally in front of the house and live right above a famous bike repair shop/coffee shop/bar called The Red Lantern. We are also literally a 30 second walk from the gorgeous Fort Greene Park- which is a fantastic luxury in NYC.

Subways Close by: C Train ( Lafayette) ~9 minute walk.
Q, B,R trains (Dekalb Station) ~9 minute walk.
A, C Trains (Jay Street MetroTech) 15 minute walk/ 6 minute bus ride
2, 3,4, 5 Trains (Nevins Street) ~12 minute walk

Time on the Q train to get to Union Square: 11 minutes.
Time on the B Train to get to West 4th Street: 13 Minutes
Several Citi Bike racks all around the apartment.
Bus 62 goes directly to Williamsburg in 15 minutes.

Move- in: We are looking for an immediate or September 1st move in but we are a bit flexible!

Price: $1, 100 per month: This price is all-inclusive of bills as well.

Our lease is guaranteed until late July 2015, after which we will discuss about renewals.
