RENTAL TERMS:

Super friendly CAT lives here too (but won't go into your room), additional pets not permitted. I keep the litter box clean daily and vacuum several times a week.

The is a modern 3-story, walk-up building. My former roommate said it felt more like 1. 5 floors! Apartment occupies the entire 3rd floor. Bedrooms are in the back, side by side. Very quiet and sunny throughout the day. Citi-bike rack is on the same block. Tree-lined street. Building is situated on the boarder of 4 great neighborhoods - Park Slope, Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Boerum Hill. Target, Pathmark and Barclays Center are a block away. Restaurants and organic markets surround the area. Fort Greene Park is 3 blocks away. Prospect Park is a 15 minute walk.

11 train lines (2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, N, R, D, C, G) and LIRR.
