Beautiful Large 2bd/2ba needs roommate

We are looking to find another roommate to fill our 2br/2ba in the Downtown BK/Fort Greene. Sublease period would be November 1st 2014- September 30, 2015 with a small possibility of extending. We would let you know 3 months in advance if you can extend. Rent will be $1900 a month. Cable and electricity are not included and are to be split with other roommate. All other utilities are included in rent. One month's rent will be required for a security deposit.

The Neighborhood: We are 3 blocks from Fort Greene Park and right across the street from Metrotech. You are walking distance to the A, B, C, F, R, N, D, Q. You can also walk to BAM, Barclays Center, DUMBO, and Brooklyn Heights. We often walk across the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges into the city. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores including Macy's, Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, Gap Factory Store, Banana Republic Factory store and many more.

The Room: The room is 12X15 with a large closet and your own bathroom. The room is unfurnished.
The Apartment: -W/D IN UNIT -Self-regulated heating and cooling -Sprinkler system in all rooms -Kitchen has been left stocked with dish ware, cookware, flatware, stemware and basic kitchen appliances -The living room has a couch and desk and small wardrobe to be used as a pantry -Kitchen has granite countertops -All stainless steel appliances -Very large living room area -Hardwood floors throughout -Large windows (with some floor to ceiling) -Cable ready (free internet in the lobby and lounge)

The building: We have lived here for 4 years and just love it! It is an elevator building with a 24 hour concierge. Amenities include: - Front Desk cold storage for grocery delivery while you are at work -Package notification system -Full gym which has treadmills, ellipticals, space for floor work, stationary bikes and full weight room (additional $50 a month for all occupants of the apartment) -Lounge with pool table, cable TV, and study space (included with the gym fee) -24 hour maintenance staff -Controlled building access -Under building parking available -ZipCar under building -Valet in lobby for dry cleaning, maid services and additional handiwork outside of usual maintenance
