The apartment has a full kitchen and living room, tons of storage and lots of natural light. The room itself can fit a double bed and desk or dresser- but there are two built in closets in the living room & entryway that you?re welcome to use as an alternative!
Heat and water are included, so billed utilities each month are internet, electric and cooking gas.
Move-in is August 1st! I?ll be renewing my lease in October, and ideally looking for someone long term but am open to short lets as well. The sublet would is month-to-month.
