IDEAL ROOMMATE: I am looking for a laid-back professional to join our apartment. This space would be yours as much as it is mine - I have put enough time into making it home that I hope we can both enjoy it.

This spot is often an oasis from the NYC hustle, but also has been a great spot to entertain friends or get ready for a night out.

I am typically out of here by 6:30 in the mornings to hit the gym and back by 5 pm. My room is quite separated from yours and living space so noise won't be an issue early or late.

You can find me either out with friends or chilling here after work. Ideally you'd want to do the same - both enjoy this incredible city but know you have a place to wind down.
