The apartment is on the top floor of a Fort Greene brownstone, and the room comfortably fits a queen bed, a desk, and a bookshelf (I've done yoga in it, too). The living room is bright and tidy, and the place is kept truly immaculately clean. All utilities are included in the rent. Five minute walk to the C and G trains; less than ten minute walk to the R, 1, 2, 3, B, D, etc! Very close to Fort Greene Park and the Saturday farmers' market there, and to heaps of coffee shops, bookstores, and adorable restaurants.

I'm the outgoing tenant, and I've been here for well over a year, very happily (I'm moving due to a job change)! You'll be living with my truly excellent roommate -- she's an easy-going stylist in her early 40s who values cleanliness, open communication, and great taste in art and decor. Above all, she's very keen on mutually working together to create a quiet sanctuary of a space for everyone!
