Location, location, location! The apartment has an incredible location in the heart of Fort Greene, a residential neighborhood with abundant transportation options, next to the C and G trains, two blocks from Atlantic terminal, allowing you to get anywhere in NYC with ease.

I'm a woman in my mid-30s who recently moved to NYC for work looking for an amazing new roommate to join me in a gorgeous 3 bed / 1 bath apartment. I'm laid back, honest, responsible and I'm hoping to find a roommate who has the same qualities :)

This living situation is ideal for many different scenarios, from a shorter term to longer term lease:

The per month rent listed is for longer term stays of 4+ months. Please get in touch to discuss an amount per month for short term stays of 1 - 2 months.

The apartment mixes vintage appeal with modern touches. It has a renovated kitchen containing a washer/dryer and dishwasher, a large modernized bathroom, but exudes victorian charm by featuring high ceilings and period details, such as crown molding, large windows, hardwood floors, and steam heat.

The common areas are beautifully furnished, decorated with a combination of modern and vintage decor.

The bedroom for rent is currently furnished with a queen bed and furniture from my design studio, but you can bring your own bedroom furniture if you like!
