Renting a room in our 2 bedroom apt in Fort Greene starting February 1. Room is 7? x 10.5?, has a window facing Fort Green Park and is available either unfurnished or furnished (queen sized futon bed and storage for clothes and books).

*Willing to negotiate the rent if you are out of town or with a partner on weekends.*

There is a beautiful and sunny common room with plants, television, sectional couch and dining table. The kitchen and full bathroom are recently remodeled.

The apartment looks out over Fort Greene Park in the beautiful, leafy historic Fort Greene neighborhood. We are steps from some excellent restaurants (Roman?s, Miss Ada, Dino, Walter?s, Evelina); the best cafes in Brooklyn, (Bittersweet, The Annex); major cultural institutions (Brooklyn Academy of Music, BRIC, Theatre for a New Audience, Mark Morris Dance) and within 10 min. walk to many subway lines (C, G,2,3,4,5, B,Q, R,N) as well as the LIRR at Atlantic Terminal.
