The house is spacious with a large two bathrooms. The living room area is furnished along with the kitchen. The bedroom is furnished a twin-sized bed, with a comfortable memory gel foam mattress, full-size closet, desk, chair, lighting, towels, linen, with access to fully furnished common areas such as living room, dining area and kitchen. Room shares a full-sized bathroom with another room. There is an additional common shared bathroom on the first floor of the house.

The apartment is well located on a main street with easy access to bars, restaurants and shops! Close to a lot of public transportation (F, G, A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, R, D, N, as well as the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR).
