About us: we are mature clean graduate students (2 females and one male), with diverse backgrounds. We often cook at home and have group dinners. We are often studying, so while we like having a good time, we prefer for the party to stay outside.
About you: mature clean graduate student or working professional, who has lived in shared spaces before and would like to live in a friendly community place with a home feel.
About the room: included is a twin-size bed with a comfortable memory gel foam mattress, desk, chair, lighting, towels, linen, with access to fully furnished common areas such as living room, dining area and kitchen. Room shares a full-sized bathroom with another room. There is an additional common shared bathroom on the first floor of the house.
We can consider both long or short-term.
