I am a theater director and educator looking for a roommate, as my current one had to leave due to the pandemic. I have lived in the apartment for almost 4 years and absolutely love it.

Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Close to nearly all the trains - 10 min walk to Atlantic-Barclay (N, Q, D, B, R,2,3,4,5), 3 minute walk to the Fulton-G and Lafayette-C, so you can get to anywhere in the city easily.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished, short-term or long-term available. For short-term, at least 2-months commitment.

Rent is negotiable.
