Gigantic Sunny Queen Sized Room in Brooklyn!

I am moving out and am looking for a new awesome roommate to take over my lease starting October 1st :). You would be signing a lease that lasts until April 15th and after that you have an option to renew. Please read everything below and, if you are interested, shoot me a message and tell me a bit about yourself!

+ The apartment is in a renovated building that still showcases many of its original architectural design elements such as vaulted ceilings and original wood floors!
+ 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom BUT only 1 roommate currently lives in the apartment and the other roommates have temporarily moved with their families and do not plan to return anytime soon.
+ Heat and hot water included in rent
+ Shared amenities include: a courtyard, GYM (!!!), bike storage, additional storage space
+ No fee
+ $100 landlord credit check fee
+ Does NOT have a living room, but our rooms are so big and neighborhood is so nice, it?s not even necessary! :)
+ You would pay $800 for October - March and only $400 for April (unless you renew lease)
+ You would pay me $800 for security deposit (the landlord will give you back a security deposit at the end of your lease)

+ On Fort Greene/Clinton Hill border (walking distance from Fort Greene Park!)
+ 2min walk to C and G trains at (Clinton Washington train stop)

+ huge since it was originally a dining room
+ comes with a stand-alone closet
+ if you want, I can also leave other furniture (except my mirror and bureau)
+ enough room for a queen sized bed, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers
