Room for rent, Year long lease preferred

Hi there! This is a charming room for rent in Fort Greene Brooklyn, right next to the C, G,1,2,3, Q, R and is surrounded by tons of cute coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The street is pretty peaceful and the building has a washer/dryer in the basement. I don't mind dogs, but the building only allows small dogs! The room is furnished (but can be unfurnished), and is on the smaller side but does fit a full sized bed! I am 25, and a teacher and love to cook, hang out in the park and relax with some wine after work!
