Room in large, sunny 3BR/2Bth on Fort Greene Park,

We have a terrific opening in our Fort Greene apartment starting December 1. The spot overlooks the Fort Greene Park, including the bedroom which has three large windows. This is the master bedroom, which has plenty of room for both a queen bed, dresser and desk. There are two full bathrooms, a massive kitchen and living room area, and a long hallway that has plenty of space for a bicycle. This is the second unit in a three-unit building. It takes up the entire floor.

-washer/dryer in unit
-dishwasher
-rooftop access
-short walk to great restaurants and Atlantic Terminal (along with basically every subway including a Q, G, and C station)
-massive kitchen table (which will be empty when I leave contrary to the picture)

I have lived in this spot for six great years and am quite sad to leave.

The roommates are two great guys in their late 20s. One works in tech and one works for a professional soccer team. Both are courteous, friendly, clean and quiet. They also frequently travel, so you'll have plenty of time with the space to yourself. Everyone adheres to COVID-19 protocols and one roommate even gets tested multiple times a week through his job.

The lease runs through June 2021 and we'd like the new roommate to stay on through the end of it. There is an option to renew.
