Beautiful 1 bedroom opening for Feb 1st move in date in our 3 bedroom brownstone - flexible move in date as current roommate is leaving early (room will be available Jan 19th)

The apartment in located on the ground floor on a beautiful and quiet tree lined street the heart of the Fort Greene/ Clinton Hill area. We have a shared backyard and shared spaces would be: bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Heat and hot water are included while electric, internet and household supplies are split 3 ways - usually around $75 per month. The room is 8x10, has exposed brick, fits a queen sized bed.

Just minutes away from Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn Navy Yard, 24-hour markets, restaurants, bars, laundromats, and more. The G/C/F/B/Q/R, Pratt, City Point (Target/ Trader Joe’s/ Century 21) Wegmans and Atlantic Terminal are all within a 15 minutes walk and we are one block from the B54, B62 & B69 (making getting to the Manhattan, Williamsburg or wherever you need super easy)

About Us:
Our home life is chill and respectful. We are 2 females in our late 20s/early 30s. Our other roommate is moving back home with her parents to save money during COVID.
We both work 9-5s and one of us also has a super cute and well behaved Yorkie, no additional pets please. We work a lot during the week, love to cook, drink wine, chill.. etc - we just don’t bring the party home and ask that you don’t either. Super COVID conscious!

About You:
Ideally a working professional, able to prove source of income and commit to signing a year lease. You are clean, respectful and mindful of common spaces. No couples.
