Private and quiet

I have a small house in Gerritsen Beach this is the largest bedroom. The room I am offering is on the ground floor there is a private yard. There is a high end futon & a dresser. Common areas include the yard, the living room, foyer, the kitchen and the bathroom. close to bus /short ride to the train. There is plenty of street parking with no ?alternate side of the street? restrictions for street cleaning or meters. No smoking in the house. I am in recovery for 22 years so I really don?t do the whole drug scene or bar scene. But hey I also live and let live! I love cooking reading yoga and nature. The bedroom has Wood floors. There is lots of natural light (if desired lol). There is high-speed Wi-Fi . Besides myself there are my two fluffy and lovable hypoallergenic Shitzus. I own the house but I travel a lot please text only at first. Thank you!
