Private Room for Rent

Apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old walk up, but feels recently renovated on the inside. I am currently the only other occupant. Large kitchen for an NYC apartment. The room is quite large with space for a queen bed with plenty of room to spare. A small room, which can be used as an workspace, is connected to the bedroom, Wifi is already set up. I'm currently working long hours and so am in the apartment infrequently. Would prefer roommate who can be quiet during late hours and relatively neat. Utility expenses will be split evenly.
