Large Private Room In Great Area

I am looking to sublet my apartment until the end of the year as I travel. The large apartment is furnished with a California king sized bed, dresser, closet, and minifridge. The apartment is located in a fantastic and safe neighborhood. It is very close to the R-train subway stop and one stop away from Atlantic-Barclays. The apartment is a 4 story walk up. You will share the kitchen and bathroom area with a nice mid 20s couple who keep to themselves. You will need to enter the hallway in order to access the kitchen/bathroom area.
