I have a bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment with a private backyard in Greenpoint. The room has a separate entrance, a decorative fireplace, two windows and high ceilings. It will be available from February 1. There is a living room, dining room, eat in kitchen and one bathroom. The apartment is completely furnished. The garden is terrific (the photo shows it in bloom and not it's present condition).
