Looking for a roommate for ASAP or Sept. 1st move in.

Located in amazing Greenpoint 2 blocks from the G train which has access to the L, M, E and 7 trains. 25 minute commute to Union Square. 10-15 minute walk to Williamsburg and McCarren Park - which we love being so close to! We have tons of amenities: laundry in the building, amazing rooftop access (literally the biggest rooftop in Brooklyn with the BEST view of all of Manhattan), indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym, atrium, private balcony, 24 doorman, central air (YES!), grille, social room (with flat screen, couches, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, etc.), elevator building, etc.

You will have 2 female roommates (friends from college). A little about us:

Meredith - 27 yrs old - I work in sales for commercial interior design and I am very active during the week (sports, traveling, work events etc.) My office in Union Square but I work from home sometimes. That said, my schedule varies. I am home on most weeknights and travel every other weekend or so. I love to be active and take in the great things this city has to offer (food, drink, dance, museums, music).

Genevieve - 26 yrs old - I work at a modeling agency in Soho representing fashion photographers, hair stylists, makeup artists and fashion stylists. I am from Fairfield County in CT and go to visit my family there about once or twice per month on the weekends. During the week, I am out of the apartment from 5am-8pm so when I get home I usually cook and then go to bed shortly after. I cook a lot -- and we have an awesome kitchen to do so!!! Love to exercise, read, eat and explore the neighborhood!

Looking for a young professional/student female or gay male, who is respectful, very tidy (as we are) and pretty quiet during the week. Your room 14' x 10' (converted room with REAL wall to ceiling) gets amazing light! You have control of the AC which works great in your room. Room can fit a full/double bed with a closet, dresser and other things. You would have the balcony off your room, but we hope that you'd be willing to let us have regular access to it as well. If you have a boyfriend, we prefer that he stay only about 2-4 times per week. You would share a bathroom with Meredith.

Gas is set $40 per month and electric is divided equally on a monthly basis.
