YOU:
- Early, mid 30s to 40's and NYC established, respectful & independent preferred, steadily employed and keeps relatively normal hours. You're also social but
laid back. You have a sense of humor and you're clean(but not a clean-freak)
Ultimately you pay your bills on time, enjoy really crappy reality TV from time to time, consider yourself gay friendly and you're not a thief.
- Nightly alcoholic/party types will not be tolerated. Nor live-in BF/GF's.
