Room available in Greenpoint apartment

We have a room coming available in our large 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Greenpoint starting Sept. 1st with the possibility of moving in the 31st.

The Roommates
Roommate #1 is a 28-year-old female costume designer for TV shows.
Roommate #2 is a 32-yr-old male media director for a non-profit
Roommate #3 is a 30-year-old female PR consultant

The Apartment
Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, hardwood floors, tiled kitchen, large common living room / kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave. Second floor walkup. Washer and dryer in basement. The living room is furnished.

The Room
Hardwood floors, large window, huge closet, faces back of building. Measures 8' x 14'.

The Neighborhood
Quiet street of mostly rowhomes. The apartment is one block from the Greenpoint G stop and the B62 and B43 buses. Four blocks to McCarren Park. Grocery stores, bodegas, dry cleaning, banks, coffee shops, great bars and restaurants are all within blocks.

The Money
Your share of rent would be $1025/month. Water and heat are included. We split electric (approx. $20/person), wifi/HBO ($25/person) and Renter's insurance ($11/person) four ways.

General Info
You will need to apply with our landlord to prove financial stability and you will need to sign onto the one-year lease. To move in, September's rent and a one month security will be required ($2, 050). We live right above our landlords, so loud, late parties are not a possibility. Small groups of friends and dinner parties pose no problem. The apartment isn't big enough for a live-in couple. Cigarette smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
