The apt is a 3BR duplex with outdoor space + BBQ.
30 seconds from Greenpoint ave station on the G, 24hs cheep grocery, deli, bar, coffee shop, bank, post office, gym.. everything is near by.
The room is $850+utility (usually about $50-60) ,the size is appx 12ft?8ft with a large window & storage above the door.
Available date on December 1st. First month rent + security deposit are required.
About us:
We're late 20's male, female and 2 year old male cat (purrr)
We both have a full time job, the guy works for Colombia univ, and I'm a restaurant manager/yoga teacher.
The cat is very friendly and he always likes my roommates more than me for some reason... (It's a little upsetting but whateverrrr)
