The room is in a beautiful, clean, well kept Greenpoint 2 bd apartment. Hardwood floors, modern kitchen, recent renovation.
I'm looking for short term rentals with a max of about 6 months. 9-5 job preferred.
Can be furnished or unfurnished.
Somehow that's not the greatest photo of the kitchen - but it is really nice.
If you could possibly take a covid test before looking that would be wonderful.

Prime location in Greenpoint, with amazing shops, bars, restaurants, two easily walkable grocery stores, basically every amenity you could wish for. Just a quick block and a half walk to the subway. Laundromat directly across the street. Upright Coffee, Le Gamin, Black Rabbit, The Diamond.
20 minutes into the city!
$1000 - covers everything including utilities.
Split a monthly cleaner if you like $45 each
