Entire floor in Duplex - Backyard, too!

Duplex apartment near McGolrick Park in Greenpoint - ground floor and finished basement. We are looking to rent the basement - one huge room (650 sq ft - basically the length and width of the whole building). It has ceramic tiled floor, 3 windows, 2 closets, and a bathroom with a shower. Room is entered through the 1st floor main area with door, very private.

We also have a large backyard that could use some (a lot of) work if you have a green thumb. Backyard is accessed through the room - as this is the only access to it you must be flexible in allowing the rest of the house mates passage through room on occasion, this arrangement has always worked well for us.

On the ground floor we share a large, eat in kitchen and living room (pictured). You will be sharing with 2 other roommates - one is a local shop owner, and the other is a graphic designer/musician - pretty normal, respectful, cool people. We have a great Dog, so please be an animal lover! We love to have fun, but don't usually bring the party home.

The apartment is near the Nassau G train or the Graham L train. Also, it's only a 20 min walk to the Bedford L stop and all the fun things that happen over there in Williamsburg.

We abide by COVID regulations and are very considerate for the safety of ourselves, each other and our fellow New Yorkers.

$1585 includes utilities (+central AC) and Wifi, plus one month security required. Looking for a minimum year commitment, but can negotiate.
Comes semi-furnished with a couch, small table, chairs and mini-fridge.
