- 1/2 block from B32 bus stop
- 20 min walk to 7 train at Vernon Blvd (then only one stop until Grand Central).
- 25 min walk to Bedford L train
- I work near Bryant Park and takes me 25-30 min to get to work.
- Plenty of bars, restaurants, bodega's, brunch spots, grocery stores, cafes within 1-4 blocks. Located on the quiet side street and facing the back, so zero noise.
ABOUT EXISTING ROOMATE:
I'm a 30-year old male who works at an event company in Manhattan. Went to university in upstate NY, but grew up in New York and the UK. Pretty clean, and very laid back and friendly. Have lived with both male and female roommates, so have no preference. Travel a bit for work/fun, and usually like to relax after work and watch Netflix, play video games, join friends out for a beer, or a board game night. Don't often throw parties, but always up for it. I have no pets, but open to the discussion if you have a pet you'd like to bring.
