Sunny and Spacious Bedrooms in Greenpoint

I am looking for 2 new roommates in a 3 1/2 bedroom apartment.

The rooms available are spacious, get plenty of sunlight and has a huge wardrobe unit.

The apartment is very spacious and sunny with skylights, brick accent walls, windows in every room, a dishwasher, central heating and air, laundry in building, private roof access, and a view of the empire state building.

I am looking for housemates who are *VERY CLEAN* and mature, and who strive to keep the apartment a positive, clean and stress-free environment. Every now and then we can have the occasional fathering. You are accepting of all race, religion, gender, age, and nationality.

You understand what being mindful is and the concept of communal living - Having consideration for keeping common spaces common, accessible and tidy, and contribute to the flow of keeping the kitchen functioning and accessible to others.
You appreciate coming home to a respectful and friendly environment.

Security deposit and first months rent are required.
Household items are split evenly as well as utilities. Cleaning lady 1-2x a month will be split evenly.
This will be a sublease, preferably long term but can host for the summer only if needed.

Greenpoint is located at the northernmost tip of Brooklyn, A 20-minute Subway ride away from Manhattan, Close to the Ferry on India street which takes you directly to Manhattan in 10 minutes. A 15 walk to McCarren Park and the Farmers Market
Located one block away from the Greenpoint Ave G stop, closer to the India street entrance.
It is one of NYC's favorite neighborhoods and has a plethora of great restaurants, bars, parks, yoga studios, music and galleries, and shops.
An 8-minute walk away to Transmitter Park by the water where you can catch the sunset and view of the Manhattan skyline.
The first-floor tenants are friendly and throw BBQ's in their backyard as well!
