You will be rooming with two professional females both in there mid to late 20s! The room has its own AC and fire escape and can fit a queen sized bed along with many other things (I have a chair, dressing, desk and. Side table...it?s a really big room).
Utilities are NOT included but the price ranges from 30-60$ a month.
I can?t rave about this apartment enough. It was just renovated in the passed couple years with a large kitchen, dishwasher and in-building laundry!
Looking for someone to move in August 1st and sign a lease till February with the option to resign!
