The apartment is newly renovated and 3 blocks to the Nassau G. Your room is the largest in the apt - it has a walk-in closet and easily fits a queen sized bed with desk/drawers/bookshelves/etc. The room can come partially furnished with a full sized bed (not pictured), and a desk, drawers, side table, and rug (pictured). Move-in is August 1st with option to re-sign lease in June 2020. No couples please!

The apartment is huge with lots of light, dishwasher, and tons of storage (linen closet, coat closet, and walk-in closet in the living room). The place has two full bathrooms, one across from your room and one in the living room.

We're two females late 20s-early 30s. Both are professionals, clean, and have full time jobs in production. The cat doesn't live with us.

The building only has two other apartments - one family with young children and one older couple that have been there for years - so this isn't a party house.
