Hello everyone.
My two roommates are leaving next month (new job / moving in with GF) leaving both of their rooms available in this three bedroom apartment. Here are the essentials:
- Large bedrooms big enough for queen bed and furniture.
- Location in center of Greenpoint, right next to the G and a bus stop as well as walking distance to L and the J.
-Large common area with projector and couch, chair, and bean bag for sitting.
-Big kitchen with newly replaced Fridge, Oven, and Microwave.
-Kitchen with a skylight over the shower.
- FIOS Fiber internet, 1000mbps download and upload speed.
-Patio!
Unfortunately it is not pet-friendly and looking for one person per room opposed to couples. Other than that all are welcome. Please just let me know if you have any questions.
