Large Room With Private Full Bathroom

My roommate and I are looking to sublet our available room in greenpoint. The room is large, with high ceilings, a walk- in double decker closet and a private full bathroom. The room is basically an apartment without the kitchen. The living space is quite large as well. The kitchen has a full size fridge and oven and also has a dishwasher. The living room and dining room are also roomy as well.
The apartment is right by the G and 7 train. There is a bodega, laundromat and supermarket a block away.

I am a 30 year old professional female that works a 9-5 job. I have a friendly cat.

My roommate is a 31 year old Male who is a chef. He works off hours. He smokes cigarettes but never inside the apartment.
