Studio-apartment situation in a 2BR in Greenpoint

Greenpoint is a really great place to live. My apartment is well-located less than two blocks from two subway stations, and everything you need is outside the door.

Basically, i've cleaved off the living room, kitchen, and bath room from the rest of the apartment and am renting it as 'shared' but essentially you would be renting the kitchen, bath, and LR as a studio apartment that is completely self-contained and separate from my space. I spend the vast amount of my time outside the city for work reasons, but still want and need a place to stay when I'm here. I wont need the bathroom and kitchen, so it's really all for the roommate. Essentially, it's a one-bedroom apartment but legally shared with me.

Rent is $1700, and utilities are included, security $1700 as well. Looking for minimum one year commitment, but might consider shorter term. Move-in date is flexible. Please contact me with questions. Thanks!
