The roommates are great, mid-20's to mid-30's and both working. Plus a very cute and friendly Border Collie. We enjoy spending time, drink or eat together from time to time, although we respect each others privacy. The house is decorated with a nice couch and several plants. My roommate takes care of the dog and makes sure the apartment stays hair free. Plus, we have a Roomba!

The room is unfurnished but w. option to take over bed. Rent is 1750 a month plus utilities.

Apartment is on Clay St. between Manhattan and McGuinness. Big supermarket is half a block away. Walking distance from G train. The 7 is only a ten minute walk over the Pulaski bridge to Queens. Close to the waterfront for great view of the city. Nice and friendly upper Greenpoint neighborhood with tons of restaurants and cafe's in the area.
