Hi! I?m looking for a roommate in a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Greenpoint that I?ll be moving into once my lease ends in a few months. The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen, central air, keyed elevator, and shared rooftop deck. The room available is the master bedroom, which has a private balcony, private bathroom, and walk-in closet.
