Sunny Master Bedroom with Private Balcony

Sunny master bedroom available in gorgeous Greenpoint apartment, close to G train, ferry, and Greenpoint's best shops and restaurants.

The unit comes with its own private bathroom and huge private balcony with outdoor furniture included (the room itself is unfurnished). The apartment has its own dishwasher and laundry, and each room has its own balcony in addition to a large shared balcony with a grill and views of the East River.

The bedroom is large enough to fit a king bed and a desk comfortably. It has two closets and a private bathroom with a huge amount of storage.

My boyfriend and I are sad to be leaving this place, and will especially miss the balcony. We lived here for three years and there's room for a couple to live comfortably.

Michelle and Wes, the two roommates who are staying, don't use the kitchen much and are very respectful roommates.

In these strange COVID-19 times, we're down to do FaceTime tours of the apartment, and we have hand sanitizer on hand for a safe, socially-distanced tour if you'd prefer to see it in person.
