3 bedrooms available in the Greenpoint/Williamsburg area.
I'm looking for 3 new roommates to renew the lease, Move in date is May 1st, the lease is 12 months.
10 mins from the Graham L train & 15 from the Nassau G train.
Plenty of bars, restaurants, delis, a C-town, and laundromats close in the area. So you have options.
Current roommate: 26 female, usually would be working nights in the bar industry so she sleeps during the day and works at night. She also has an 8-year-old cat (the sweetest cat I've ever met, I might add).
Its a good area and the rooms are reasonably priced.
If you are interested, I will give you the current roommate's contact info and you and she can work out a viewing. We just ask that people are respectful about coming in to a space and also being safe while doing it because of the COVID-19 situation in NYC.
850.00 room:
Doesn't have a closet but there is a wardrobe/dresser the last roomie left. It can fit a full-sized bed, and has two windows.
925.00 room:
Has a closet and is in the front of the building with a view of the skyline out the window, can fit a desk and a full sized bed. Also, it is the only room on that side of the apartment so loads of privacy.
975.00 room:
Can fit a full to a queen-sized bed, and has extra storage space above the door and a closet. Has two windows going out to the fire escape.
All have radiators and Air conditioners in the rooms, so cold in the summer and warm in the winter.
There is a full bath with a shower/tub, and a half bath that the cat box is currently in.
Things needed:
- Fill out the Rental Application
- Provide a scan of their ID
- Proof of income
- Some sort of credit score proof
- Security Deposit
( if you don't have all of them, the management has been very reasonable because of the COVID-19 situation in NYC right now, so it would get worked out. )
Pets are okay, depending on what type of pet.
No smoking inside but it's 420 friendly, there is backyard access through the basement.
Utilities are split 4 ways, the current roommate's name is in the wifi. Someone would need to take over the electric or the gas bill, but for now, they are not charging for either.
