This is a one bedroom in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Greenpoint. The apartment is on the third floor. The room is very big with high ceiling and gets a lot of light. There?s a large closet in the room and you?ll also share an additional closet right outside the room with the adjacent room.

-Lots of bars, restaurants and grocery shops in the area

Currently there?s one guy staying in Room 4 till September and one girl moving in Room 3 on 7/1. You?ll have to be approved by landlord and the roommates.
